I have had this blog since March of 2009...I do not remember starting it, maybe one of my kids did it for me since I am not very good at this sort of thing. It is my intention to post some of my unsophisticated amateurish poetry, thoughts and updates about my garden. Thus the name of the blog is Lin's Spare Time. Time right now is not a commodity that I have much to spare; lately, I have bee using my spare time to sleep. However, I have some poems that I have written in the recent past, maybe I will post some of them. Oh, I almost forgot, the name “dama” is what my grandkids call me. I love it, I don’t think grandma or granny or some of the other names would suit me, Grandmother certainly would not!
So my name is Lin or Dama, I will answer to either.
